**Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the following CenTrak Products are provided on an as-is basis and shall be excluded from the Warranty, and CenTrak shall not have any warranty obligations with respect thereto: G1, G2 Probes & Tags, and Secure Bands.
The Warranty Periods referenced above (including any applicable extension) commence upon shipment of the CenTrak Product except for Licensed Software. The Warranty Period for Licensed Software shall commence upon software go-live for perpetually licensed software or activation for software licensed as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
The extensions to the Warranty Period referenced above are conditioned upon Customer maintaining, and rendering timely payment for, a SMA for the applicable CenTrak Product at each applicable site continuously throughout the extended Warranty Period. The obligation is upon Customer to affirmatively engage and request from CenTrak for purposes of entering into a SMA.
The Warranty Period applicable to repaired or replaced CenTrak Products will be thirty (30) days or, if longer, the remainder of the original Warranty Period. This Warranty is not transferable to any third party.
